  My former estate. Lovely place to live but needs a lot more done about the reptile infestation and security. A house owner got murdered in cold blood and nothing seems to change about the way security is being handled at the main gate. Not fenced entirely so, robbers get away easily as access to Efab and surrounding estates is porous. Robbery happened thrice within two weeks and nothing changed at the main gate which really got me curious and thinking. Power is relatively stable and clinic and school facilities are very OK.
