  AES Luxury Apartments is a place to be. The reception is excellent, the restaurant is kingly, the conference hall is superb, the swimming pool is that queen size and of course the room I lodged is international standard. It's really a memorable place to be. I'll like to come back. Thank you or making our money worth the spending.

  1. Your towels are old and worn 2. Your bedsheets are old and tattered 3. No bathroom slippers 4. The restaurant service is very poor. It takes 1.30hr to order and get a meal delivered. 5. This morning, I had to be taken to another room to ve my bath because the hot water cable in the toilet got burst, which l reported since 7 am but could not be repaired up to 9 am

  Good swimming pool with a serene environment. Management needs to step up their services. For example, the live guard alone was handling g music and also monitoring the pool. Shortage of towels as well as old towels at the swimming pool. Relaxation seats needs to be upgraded to fit the facility. In all I enjoy the size of the pool and the suya😀😀

  Expansive. Neat,comfortable but staff need adequate training. Am impressed on your prompt response to my review. Your staff aren't attentive. I found at least two of your staff fiddling with their phones while there were customers waiting to be attended. One at your front desk and the other at your garden/pool bar. Didn't see any bellboy to help with luggage. The security man at the door scanner wasn't attentive at all.
