::The general nature of customer service in the Nigerian banking sector is poor. This is understandable given the number of bank to customer ratio. In spite of the poor customer service culture prevalent in the Nigerian banking sector, UBA Agulu Branch continues to blaze the trail — listening, taking and following up on every customer complaint.
