  Experienced management is lacking in few areas. Overall, there has been continuous improvement in the culture of the Bank. I enjoyed working in the Risk Directorate, specifically in the Credit Analysis & Processing Department, because i felt valued. the work was challenging but enjoyable at the same time. The hardest part of the job was closing late and getting into traffic, arriving home late veryday.
