  This is the worst zenith bank branch in Nigeria, I spent over 2hours waiting outside to be called in for bank transfer despite coming early in the morning. People have to waste the work hours just to access service. Very bad service at this kubwa branch

  I started banking with Zenith Bank recently. I like their services as it is delivered professionally. There are a good number of Tellers to attend to customers. But I suggest more staff be made available to attend to customers making enquiries as the queue gets crazy sometimes. Customer service should be improved. Their ATM stands are fast and there's a canopy to prevent sunlight. Their parking space gets clumsy sometimes.
