  I am really disappointed all the way from Lagos to Abuja thinking I will get my visa here ..this is my third appointment still been refused if am not capable I won't keep reapplying ..

  Very thorough and organised. Pretty straightforward. Took almost an hour after entering premises till I walked out. Lots of people though but process was orderly. About 4 steps in all. Interview itself took less than three minutes.
