::The bank with the never working ATM. It's very rare to visit this bank and actually see the ATM dispensing cash. You will most likely ditch it and head over to the neighboring banks. There is no pedestrian entry into the bank's vicinity. To get in by foot, you have to duck under a vehicle barrier pole. It's even worse in the evening when you have to be a world class athlete to get into the vicinity. You have to scale the pole or limbo dance beneath the pole. The bank is dull and it's like they are not interested in customers.
