  The Hotel has potentials to be a renowned guest house but religiously restrictive. A foreigner would not understand why he or she cannot walk into the bar and buy some drinks. When a hotel in Nigeria which is a secular nation operates like a hotel in the Middle East, it leaves much to be desired.

  A hotel with multiple sections (i.e. Different wings) some better than others. Pretty decent... Lively environment... Generally just OK.

  A very exciting and hospitable place for work and leisure. I recommend for anyone planning for work or holiday in the ancient city of kano.

  There are some lovely rooms in the hotel but these are located in the main building with the other rooms being passable at best. The service is close to terrible and the food takes a long time to get prepared. Breakfast option is limited. The ambience is good and security is good so it is not terrible.
