  Their protocols are too much. Slow service. I felt all the early symptoms of pneumonia when I went there but because I wasn’t having chest pain and difficulty breathing the Doctor said it wasn’t pneumonia. Two days after leaving with the medication the doctor prescribed I started feeling the chest pain and difficulty breathing. I told this doctor that day to do an X-ray knowing I’ve had a history with pneumonia two years ago which was treated at their hospital, she said it’s not pneumonia. The drugs prescribed was malaria drugs and antibiotics for my cough. I wasn’t feeling better after 4 days of taking my medication so I decided to go another hospital and did X-ray. It was there I got proper treatment.

  The hospital is overrated. The staffs especially of the eye unit are sluggish, mild-mannered and not coordinated. Time is not of essence when you visit the hospital.
