  At first glance, it doesn't look like the building is been used for anything. Who ever is in charge of it's management failed woefully, the inside of building is literally decaying and I'm guessing the only reason the outside still appears intact is because they built it well. There is no proper computerized system. Goods been brought to the post to be dispatched to customers hardly every leave the office unless you come to look for them yourself. The goods aren't kept properly. It's takes a while to sort out your goods from the many others present. The government has to wake up.

  Nipost is poorly managed. The building is decaying. There are no computerized system of operation. EMS service also operate in the same building used by Nipost.
