  Old building. Though rate of rooms are affordable. Needs renovation.

  An old hotel its activities have to be reviewed in order to meet the challenges of the current realities. Items like toilet soap ,air fresheners, insecticides and electric fittings are minor and have to be replace from time to time. Thanks.
