Seriously understaffed, just one lady attending to customers in the bar during the festive period👎🏽 had to go out of the premises to get a snack to go with my beer, none in the hotel 👎🏽 no knives and forks 🤯 drinks not cold😖 the lobby is begging for a facelift. The entire hotel is begging for attention from the owners. So much potential being wasted 🤧
