::Most of the time the banking hall is filled with customers waiting on the queue to carry out over-the-counter transactions. Response from their customer care desk can be painfully slow at times. Suffice it to say that you must be ready to invest the time if you have to go into the banking hall. However, their atm services is arguably the best in that axis.

::The Guaranty trust bank at Ekenmwan road is ok. They resume 8am and close 4pm on weekdays except on holidays. Their customer service is fair. My challenge is that,the bank is usually crowded. There are only a few chairs for those waiting to deposit/withdraw and the entrance is not wheel chair accessible.
