::Old and not well maintained. The bed sheets were dirty with strands of hair all over it. I had to call front desk to have them changed. Iet a half finished bottle of water in the fridge. Don't plan to use it again.

::Grace point is another nice but moderate location, don't know about the rooms, but the hall is spacious but will need a lot of decoration when having an event.
