  1. Towels not fresh : no jokes first noticed this. Chewing gum stuck on pillow case. 2. AC not working and staff insisting it is. Spent the nights roasting in a room with a single window and no mosquito netting so no option of natural ventilation. 4. Staff forget to replace daily use items 5. Hotel is doing you a favour by accommodating you and so will not make an extra effort to ensure your comfort 6. Remotes don’t work in the rooms and using durable batteries seems to be a difficult task. This is my third stay in this hotel and the standard keeps falling. On the second stay I practically had to scrub the bathroom before using it. 🤦‍♀️

  This is one of the best hotel here in the city of Benin. Their level of excellence is top-notch

  I never liked this hotel. The only good thing about them is that they are located directly opposite the airport. yes, the reception is beautiful and the rooms are great. But they lack one very essential quality, customer relationship management. I was in the hotel, less than 1 hour and two lady staff, the receptionist and the bar waitress were so rude. The waitress that served me and my friends at the pool side was very rude to I and my guests. Advice to management, you guys need to train your staff on treating guests. they are really terrible.

  Situated in a central part of Benin City (off Airport). Close to the Airport. One can assess other parts of Benin from there I went for an event. Their event center is well lit and air conditioned. Also there is ample space to cars inside the compound.
