  The place has it all. A sauna, spa, fully equipped gym, dance programs, diligent instructors, flexible programs, a pool. The best gym in the city. The sheer numbers of people that come in on a daily speaks for the gym.

  Really good gym with all the required facilities. Dance classes. Poool. Sauna gym cycling etc.

  Nice and energetic instructors, especially in the aerobics class. I had a whole lot fun and new dimensions.
