  Its cool, comfortable and affordable and in a good location. I've used it an adventure. It also has a gym section for dance exercise and aerobics dance exercises, very affordable too.

  They played loud music by the pool till late. Room socket not working, worn-out blanket and bedsheet in some rooms, unresponsive in their service delivery.

  This is my third time at the hotel. Nothing much has changed over the years. Comfortable place to spend the night. Nothing fancy. Depending on where you stand the pricing could be considered good value for money. A bit of loud music from the poolside could be a pain when you need to snooze early though. Overall I'd rate it 3* for Warri.

  Guest rooms are fully equipped with internet facility with spacious halls for different categories of parties and ceremonies. In house mobile police men stationed 24 hours. Local and continental cuisine and 120 parking space for car park
