  Serene, good layout, good ambience, cozy and we'll set-up rooms. Needs to do a little more in the area of manpower to accentuate the service's. On the whole, not bad.

  This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in Jos. They have a nice location with a well arrange landscaping that makes you feel at home. My room was well ordered plus I have some bonus drinks and a surprise chocolate on my bed!

  Novel suites is the best hotel I've lodged in J Town. The environment is very serene and neat. The staff are very hospitable & friendly. It offers you value for your money
