  Its was a very nasty experience I have been there for days the security have no manners its a pity I have an account with them its the worst bank in nigeria

  This remains my testimony for all the branches of this bank. Guarantee Trust Bank aka GTB. This bank is too much joooor. It remains my best bank here in Nigeria. I I I have had some bad experience with two other banks; first bank of Nigeria and Skye Bank now Polaris Bank. Oh if I had to share my experience here it will take me the whole day to express the sad situation I was plunged into because of incomplete Fund Transfer transaction made with these bank. Once there is an error of you been debited as the transferee and the recipient was not credited it takes close to seven working days for this issue to be resolved. But my bank, GTB, oh how I love you. Just within minutes the cash will be reverted once there is an incomplete Fund Transfer transaction. More than three occasions that I made an incomplete Fund Transfer with GTB, almost immediately the cash were reverted. I beg, in this light, they remain my best bank here in Nigeria. Please permit me to give them a five star rating. Una too much joooor
