  Great pizza, good service...wait time is relatively accurate, I wish they'd let people start sitting in again... I'm not particularly excited about having to go in and out, especially when you're not sure your order is ready..... Delivery however is good and it's actually free..the one time my order was messed up, I had a bit of challenge getting to talk to someone who could actually attend to and solve my issues but when I did eventually speak to the manager, he was very helpful and even though I didn't get what I originally wanted, I didn't mind after speaking with him, good customer service on his part. My advice...as much as is possible, order online (lots of freebies) and take advantage of the delivery

  Great value for your cravings. Love that Cold Stone is just above. My last pizza to a while to be done though. If not, 5 stars!

  I had an issue with the girl taking orders... She was behaving in some kind of way. Not to me but to an elderly man who simply asked if his order was ready... Displeased me, I left. She's not a helpful person... Those working behind the scenes are even more helpful than she is.

  Customer service skills are important. The approach given to all guests as they enter a restaurant as such is vital. The young lady who takes order in the front whose name is Rita needs customer service training skills. She is not friendly. She looks angry and does not understand customer service is key with her nasty attitude rolling her eyes angrily at customers. Very bad for business. They have lost one household customer.

  Service is a bit slower on a Saturday night and mask rules not heavily enforced but it's a good place.
