::Hotel is undergoing renovation under a new management . Its quite affordable, however requires lots of improvement. The restaurant , the lighting and ambience needs improvement .

::Im just being polite dis place has potentials, its in d heart of Asaba good access road, I think their major problem is management, iv used their hull twice for events, d hall is small but not bad, d second event we had issues with power. I took a visiting friend there once to make a room reservation, long story short I'm glad we didn't pay b4 we saw d rooms, management can do better.
