  Why is customer service so bad? I tried to get a VISA debit card yesterday and I had to wait nearly seven hours just to get it. Only to realize that the card doesn't even work and I got debited anyway. I decided to wait and try again later because this has happened before, was that a mistake. I tried again today and it was the same as useless as a debit card could possibly be. I was so disappointed so I asked an employee about and he told me to talk to the guys at the door. I talked to them and they told me that it was basically my fault because I decided to wait. Tell me how I'm supposed to know that a card that was approved inside the bank would not work. They told me to write my name and wait even when I told them that I had to wait nearly seven hours just to get the card in the first place. With the amount of people there I wouldn't even get into the bank today. What is the meaning of this? Do I deserve this nonsense just because I decided to open an account with access? Why? I can't even describe how annoyed, angry and disappointed I am. What am I to do now? Should I just close the account and open with another bank?

  They are good but always charge #50 monthly on my account for no reason

  Best Bank n asaba, offers s free WiFi, good reception and welcoming. Outstanding security personnel. Good ATM services. There ATM machines are the best around here. The bank has quit a limited parking space and wheel chair parking ground. The here have rest room.
